A lifetime around spas

Experience built over generations.

My family’s connection with New Zealand’s spa industry dates back to 1975, when my father became one of its earliest pioneers—designing and making the spa shells, jets, pumps, heaters and complete in-ground installations himself.

I grew up around the workshop, displays and customers, then joined the family business full-time in 1991. We grew it from a busy single-store location in Christchurch to multiple store locations around the South Island and lower North Island. Our family sold that company in August 2004, but my life in the spa industry continued.

Today I bring 35 years of my own full-time experience—and a lifetime around spas—to every customer I help through Jay the Spa Guy.
